In January 2021, the home of Buxton water in Derbyshire became the first site in the UK to achieve AWS certification with platinum status. The pioneering water stewardship work of the Nestlé Waters facility in Buxton, Derbyshire, and its engagement with the local community, has seen it awarded the international recognition for outstanding commitment to responsible water policies and initiatives.
The pledge will progress this work further and will advance the regeneration of the local water cycles in both Buxton and Princes Gate in Wales, where Nestlé Waters has sites.
