Finished school or thinking about switching careers?
A Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship at Nestlé will give you the fault finding and problem solving skills you need for a fulfilling career here at the biggest food and drink manufacturer on the planet. Join our scheme and our expert mentors will support you as you establish yourself as an Engineering professional with a bright future.
Join our Engineering Apprenticeship at one of these locations:

Over four years you’ll learn all about the maintenance processes of factories that cater to global demand and how we diagnose and fix problems and keep the whole operation running like clockwork. You’ll work in a live environment but have a mentor to support you so that you can make every decision with confidence. And you’ll get hands-on with some of the most sophisticated equipment currently used in food manufacture.
You’ll start on a competitive annual salary which will be reviewed throughout the scheme. You’ll also be part of an organisation that will support your progression—at a company like ours, there’s a long way your ambition can take you.
An apprenticeship is the start of an exciting career journey at Nestlé. Once you have completed the programme, your Line Manager will help you decide which direction you want to take in your career. Whichever direction you take, you’ll always be supported in achieving your full potential.
To qualify, you’ll need Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent), with actual or predicted grades at 9–4 (or A*- C if received in 2017 or earlier). Equally important is that you’re ready to commit 100% to developing your career. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
Everyone is welcome here – I've worked in seven different and varied teams already, and I've never felt out of place. And I have my team of fellow apprentices; we've become friends, and we support each other and share knowledge.
