What can you expect?
Rotating through various roles, you’ll experience a broad range of what a career in Sales has to offer. You’ll learn all about sales planning and how we sell to wholesale customers, and all of it by doing the job for real with the support of our expert mentors. Heard of a Digital Shelf? By the time you finish the programme, you’ll have products digitally flying off it as a Sales professional to be reckoned with.
Entry requirements
You’ll need a degree, of course. But more important than the university you attended or the grade you achieved is that you’re ready to commit 100% to learning as much as you can and establishing yourself as a skilled Sales professional.

You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
What will you get out of it?
You’ll start on an annual salary of £32,000 and gain experience with some of the world’s most famous brands, such as KitKat, Smarties and Purina. You’ll get all the expert advice you need to develop a great career in your chosen Sales discipline.
How we support each other
“Being a part of the Proud@Nestlé network has been extremely valuable and rewarding. I feel so proud to have made a real difference by helping the organisation to foster diversity and inclusion while providing a safe space for many. The network has helped me build my personal network with colleagues and enabled me to meet new graduates. It is heart-warming to see the passion and enthusiasm of others who are involved. Additionally, being a part of the network has encouraged my continuous learning and allowed me to build many critical skills which can be applied to my day job.”

Career Progression

Let’s hear about the career journey of one of our graduates after they completed our programme.

“As the largest food and drink company, we have massive responsibility to make a positive impact on the planet and communities that we operate in. My involvement in volunteering and our 'Regenerate' sustainability Academy means that I get to champion this message across the Sales function and, in turn, upskill the organisation and better equip us for those conversations internally, and externally.”

“The Sales graduate scheme will provide an invaluable insight into Sales with the four different rotations you go through. Each rotation will allow you to stretch yourself and pushes you out of your comfort zone while being surrounded with an abundance of support from your graduate champs and cohort, your line manager and team. You will be given real responsibilities from the start and be provided with many different opportunities to get involved while developing your critical skills. I would encourage anyone with an interest in Sales to apply to Nestlé, which has an amazing working culture and really focuses on the development of their employees!“

“The Sales Graduate Scheme set me on my path by giving me the opportunity to explore a variety of roles. This then gave me clarity on what it is I want to do, where I need new experience and what I enjoy.”

Applications for the role will close Sunday 19th November 2023
