We understand that everyone needs are different so there will be an opportunity for you to speak to us about what your needs are when you apply through our process.  

Financial support can be provided to assist Graduates, Apprentices and Placements with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who requires to relocate due to being one hour or 40 miles away from the work site.  

What can you expect?

As a Nestlé Engineering Graduate, you will have the chance to rotate through a diverse range of roles within Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Services, Maintenance and Management spanning across our different locations and categories. This will give you every opportunity to deepen and broaden your skill set. Our graduate experience will allow you to work closely with expert mentors who will provide invaluable support and guidance as you take on real projects and contribute to the development of our future manufacturing technologies.

Through this programme, you will gain hands-on experience in engineering, enabling you to make a meaningful impact. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to Nestlé real-world challenges, making a difference within the engineering industry every day.
