Financial support can be provided to assist Graduates, Apprentices and Placements with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who requires to relocate due to being 1 hour or 40 miles away from the work site.
What can you expect?
During our year-long placement, you'll have the chance to put your university learning into action. You'll play a key role in real projects, using your knowledge to problem-solve and make decisions, all with the guidance of our expert mentors. You'll witness firsthand how concepts like Total Productive Maintenance are applied in real-life settings. This experience is all about learning to be a Manufacturing professional through observation, collaboration, and applying your skills in the actual job role.

Entry requirements You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or upon completion.
To qualify, you’ll need to be in your penultimate year of study in a relevant degree.
