Our two-year scheme is all about learning by doing—and earning a wage. You’ll rotate through different roles within our Food Technology function to give you a comprehensive understanding of everything we do here and where you’ll fit in. Supported by our experts, you’ll participate in live projects and impact the development of cereal brands old and new that supply the most important meal of the day for so many. You’ll also take time out of the factory for block-release study to complement your hands-on learning.
To qualify, you’ll need Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent), with actual or predicted grades at 9–4 (or A*- C if received in 2017 or earlier). Equally important is that you’re ready to commit 100% to developing your career. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
You’ll start on a competitive annual salary which will be reviewed throughout the scheme. You’ll also be part of an organisation that supports career progression. At Cereal Partners, there’s a long way that your ambition can take you.
