We understand that everyone’s needs are different so there will be an opportunity for you to speak to us about yours when you apply.

Financial support can be provided to assist graduates and apprentices with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being one hour or 40 miles away from the work site.

What can you expect?

As a successful candidate, you will embark on a two-year journey, consisting of one 12-month placement at one of our sites followed by another 12 months at a different site and in a different category. These placements will provide you with the opportunity to explore various areas within our organisation. You will have the chance to work on Nestlé improvement projects, gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact.

Throughout your journey, you will receive expert guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals who will support you every step of the way. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development, and we are committed to providing you with all the resources and support you need to thrive in your role.

By the end of year two, you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of our operations across the four disciplines and for year three, you will transition into a full-time role as a Nestlé employee, where you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to drive continuous improvement and make a lasting impact on our organisation. In operations, we encourage you to consider key roles, from being an effective line manager or a quality or safety professional.
