We understand that everyone’s needs are different so there will be an opportunity for you to speak to us about yours when you apply.

Financial support can be provided to assist graduates and apprentices with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being one hour or 40 miles away from the work site.

What can you expect?

On the HR Graduate scheme you’ll rotate through three roles over two years across various sites in the UK. Solving problems in real environments with the support of expert mentors, as you explore what it means to work in HR at a multinational company. You will spend time with our Centre of Operations in York building your foundations in HR, collaborating with colleagues and sharing ideas to help improve processes and drive better results. Then you’ll rotate across two of our factory locations* gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, fast moving unionised manufacturing or distribution environment. It’s about growing into a HR professional by doing the job for real, at multiple sites, across multiple product categories, supported every step of the way. It’s a function where you can make a real difference in your role and see the value of your time and hard work.

*As an example some of our factory locations are based in West Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Derbyshire. Being prepared to move around locations is a great opportunity to get breadth of experience.
