When you're applying to Nestlé, we have a recruitment process that focuses on your strengths. It is all about discovering what you enjoy and what you are good at. Ask yourself how your skills and ideas can help us achieve our goals. An application works both ways, so we want to make sure you feel comfortable and find the right fit for yourself.
If you require any adjustments to the process, there will be an opportunity to let us know at the start of the application. A member of our friendly team will be in touch to talk about what support is available based on your individual needs.
Before you apply, take some time to understand what Nestlé is all about. Do your research, follow our brands and social channels to learn about our ambitions and company culture. When you are ready to apply, we want you to be yourself because we value your true personality. We love having different opinions, perspectives, and personalities because that's what leads to awesome ideas and innovation.
Now, here's the thing: lots of people want to join Nestlé, so competition can be tough. We want to see your interest in our business and industry, and especially your passion for the specific program you're applying for. Therefore, it is really important that you read the job ads and find an opportunity that best suits your strengths and interests.
If your application moves forward, you'll go through some assessments that focus on your strengths. Some questions you may come across:
- Order these responses, from the approach that you would least to most likely take based on the given scenario
- Select the most appropriate response to the question or scenario, based on the examples provided
