Join our two-year Engineering Graduate Scheme, where you’ll enhance your technical skills while developing your problem-solving and innovation abilities. Financial support can be provided to assist graduates and apprentices with their relocation if required for the role. This will be available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being one hour or 40 miles away from the work site.
What can you expect?
As a Nestlé Engineering Graduate, you will have the chance to rotate through a diverse range of roles within engineering, project management, industrial services, maintenance and management spanning across our different locations and categories. This will give you every opportunity to deepen and broaden your skill set. Our graduate experience will allow you to work closely with expert mentors who will provide invaluable support and guidance as you take on real projects and contribute to the development of our future manufacturing technologies.
Through this programme, you will gain hands-on experience in engineering, enabling you to make a meaningful impact. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to Nestlé real-world challenges, making a difference within the engineering industry every day.

Entry requirements You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or upon completion.
To qualify for this role, all candidates must have studied or be currently studying towards a degree in Digital Engineering, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with potential and a passion for the role. -
