Are you looking for a graduate scheme that will empower you to unlock your potential whilst working for the world's largest food and drink manufacturer? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Explore our HR within Operations - Graduate Scheme

What will you do?

When you join Nestlé's HR Graduate Scheme, you will embark on an exciting 2-year development journey gaining hands-on experience by rotating across at least two of our factory locations in the UK. By experiencing different sites, you'll build a broader understanding of our operations, our people and the different ways HR can add value across the business

As part of our manufacturing HR team, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting the people who make our products every day. You'll gain first-hand experience of how HR works with the business to drive performance, build capability and create an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

No two days are the same. From working alongside site leaders to supporting employee engagement and development, you'll experience the breadth of HR in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. It's a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, develop your skills and see the real impact your work has on both people and business outcomes.

You will be supported by experienced HR professionals throughout your rotations, helping you understand what it means to build a career in HR within a fast-moving, multinational food and drink business.
