Our Finance and Control (F&C) team focuses on driving the financial performance whilst also seeking efficiency through further digitalisation. We support the business transformation to win in the future and strengthen our #1 position in UK & Ireland. We also drive compliance, so it stays top of mind of all our employees.
Our F&C teams are embedded across all categories, functions and end-to-end processes and we also provide financial specialist services to the UK & Ireland market. Quality forecasting, strong internal controls, insightful analytics, accuracy and transparency, transformational projects; these are critical elements for creating value through better decision making and efficient financial processes. We have a long historical heritage and our teams work with some of the most beloved brands and business categories globally. Our business categories in the UK & Ireland include: Coffee, Cereal Partners Worldwide, Confectionery, Purina, Food, Dairy, Nestlé Health Science, Nestlé Professional, Nestlé Waters, Nutrition and Nespresso.

I qualified as a chartered accountant in Glasgow and after having spent some time in practice with both a small and large company, I made the move into industry. I spent 6 years as finance director of a small start up construction company before joining Nestlé in 2010. Nestlé has been the first company who have recognised me for being me and I have been given the most amazing opportunities to grow and develop. Not every day has been easy but I know that I always have someone there to support me.
I started my career in Nestlé Ireland in 2012, working as a business account executive for Tesco Ireland. Over the following years, I gained a wealth of experience working across several categories, customers & channels, navigating massive change in our market. I gained a deeper understanding of various other functions in the business which ultimately led me into Finance as Sales Controlling Analyst. I was supported by the business to develop my skills here & make a meaningful impact, developing policies, procedures & streamlining our ways of working. I still continue to learn & develop & look forward to future opportunities within the business.
