At Nestlé, our recruitment process focuses on your strengths and potential, allowing us to identify your natural abilities and interests. Our interactive online platform will facilitate a two-way discovery process, enabling us to learn more about you while you explore what we have to offer.

1 - Find your role and apply
When you're ready to apply, be yourself - we value your authentic personality. We encourage you to visit our preparation hub to learn more about the strengths recruitment methodology. You can complete practice questions there to help you feel more confident and ready before starting your application. We want to see your interest in our business and your motivation for the specific programme you're applying for. Please submit only one application per recruitment cycle. Eligibility
2 - Eligibility Questionnaire
After you click 'apply' you'll be prompted to answer a few questions to determine your eligibility for the scheme. Please note the system will give you the option to upload a CV, this is not mandatory or required.
Assessment
3 - Application form
In our short application form we will check if you meet the requirements for the role. You will also have the opportunity to tell us about any adjustments you require as part of your application. Once you complete this stage and meet the eligibility criteria, you will be invited to participate in a series of online assessments that focus on your strengths.
Tests
4 - Online tests
Our online tests will help us to understand more about your strengths and suitability for the role. This interactive and immersive stage of the application process will bring Nestlé to life by presenting real life scenario for you to read, watch and listen to.
Some questions you may come across:
- Order these responses, from the approach that you would least to most likely take based on the given scenario
- Select the most appropriate response to the question or scenario, based on the examples provided
- Indicate on a scale, where you would most likely place your actions or views
- Sort several responses into categories
- Provide a written response
- Record a video response
Assessment
5 - Assessment Centre
If you’re successful in the online assessments, you will be invited to an assessment centre that will take place from February 2026 through to April 2026. This will be an in-person event at one of our Nestlé sites. Your assessment centre will include an individual strengths interview and a group activity. These are designed to help you to demonstrate your natural strengths. You will also have the chance to ask questions, meet with current employees on scheme and learn more about Nestlé.

Congratulations! We are excited to have you become part of the Nestlé team. Soon you will receive your offer details and be guided to begin your onboarding process so you can transition smoothly into your new role.
