What the SHE Graduate Scheme entails
Joining a busy team at one of our UK factories, you'll conduct Health & Safety audits to make us a safer organisation and contribute to important sustainability projects to reduce our water and energy usage. You’ll also visit different Nestlé sites to maximise your learning opportunities and to support teams in meeting business needs, so some travel will be required.
Our programme is designed to inspire you—not just with regard to the kind of role you’d like to do here but also with ideas of how we can get better at what we do. If you can see a better way of doing things, we’ll help you develop your ideas and put them into practice. By the end of the two years, you’ll have the entire process—from ideation to implementation—down pat.
Who is eligible for the SHE Graduate Scheme?
You will, of course, need a degree—but we’re not looking for particular subjects or grades (although the more relevant, the better). We want people who are committed to the career path they’ve chosen and will throw everything into learning as much as possible with us. If you want to have a positive impact with your career, you’re eligible.
