Safety, Health and Environment Graduate Scheme
Salary - £30,000
Our Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Graduate Scheme will equip you with the skills and experience for a career managing risk and sustainability with the largest food and beverage manufacturer in the world. Learn to be a Health & Safety professional with a company committed to an agenda of zero harm to people and the environment.
Come join a team where you’ll be welcomed for who you are and encouraged to be your whole self. Because different personalities coming together is the source of our creativity as an organisation. Whatever your background, you can feel right at home here.
Applications are open now for you to join us at sites across the country, where our mentorship will set you up for a career with world-wide scope for progression.
What the SHE Graduate Scheme entails
Joining a busy team at one of our UK factories, you'll conduct Health & Safety audits to make us a safer organisation and contribute to important sustainability projects to reduce our water and energy usage. You’ll also visit different Nestlé sites to maximise your learning opportunities and to support teams in meeting business needs, so some travel will be required.
Who is eligible for the SHE Graduate Scheme?
You will, of course, need a degree—but we’re not looking for particular subjects or grades (although the more relevant, the better). We want people who are committed to the career path they’ve chosen and will throw everything into learning as much as possible with us. If you want to have a positive impact with your career, you’re eligible.
What will I get out of a Nestlé Graduate Scheme?
Give our programme everything you’ve got and you’ll emerge as a trained professional with the skills and experience you need to make ready headway at Nestlé. You’ll have detailed knowledge of your specialist field and the confidence of knowing you can cut it at the company behind iconic brands like Rolo, Quality Street, After Eight, Matchmakers, Felix and Bakers. It’ll feel great.
Our ‘Force for Good’ initiative is another reason to feel good about your work here. It’s all about Creating Shared Value, which means aligning our commercial goals with social responsibilities like healthy eating and helping the environment. By making us more sustainable, you’ll contribute directly to that—and it’ll bring a whole load of added value to your career here.
We understand starting a new role can be an expensive time – to aid this we offer relocation support if your role requires a move away from home. We know that the support needed is as individual as you are – so please reach out and let us know how we can make this journey in to work together.
