Nestlé is introducing Aero Bliss, a new premium version of Aero, which comes as indulgent boxed Aero chocolates in three luxurious variants: Milk Chocolate, Salted Caramel and a Mixed Selection which includes milk chocolate, salted caramel and praline flavours.
Aero Bliss offers a selection of individually wrapped, smooth milk chocolates filled with a cocoa, salted caramel or praline aerated centre with the addition of delicate crispy pieces. The velvety, whipped bubbles inside the chocolate shell melt effortlessly in the mouth with every bite, creating a deliciously smooth chocolate sensation.
The chocolates come in a box perfect to share with family and friends that pops open to reveal a beautiful tray in a watercolour design.
The product is the latest innovation in Nestlé confectionery and has been invented in response to a growing trend for people looking for light yet indulgent luxury products.
Ellie Tyler, Aero Brand Manager at Nestlé UK said:
“We know our consumers want something special and we are very excited about this new addition to the much-loved Aero brand.
“Aero Bliss is perfect for sharing between friends and family and offers a lighter form of indulgence in comparison to other premium chocolate products.
“People love the melt in the mouth sensation that Aero brings and we are sure that this new indulgent product will be a huge hit.”
Aero Bliss will begin appearing in stores nationwide from this week (1 April).
Aero is a much-loved chocolate worldwide and is renowned for its unique texture and bubbles that melt effortlessly in the mouth.
The science and technology behind the Aero product made it unique from the start, and keep it as one of the world’s favourite right up to the present day.
Aero was first launched in 1935 as a chocolate bar in peppermint flavour, followed by the milk chocolate variation in the 1970s.
Other formats have been introduced over the years, including Aero Bubbles in 2005. With thousands of products being produced every day, Aero continues to delight consumers with its light, bubbly chocolate.
Last year, Nestlé released its first in six years Aero TV advert showing chocolate bubbles being made with brass ‘big band’ music. The star of the film is the ‘Bubblophone’, an ingenious invention that reveals how Aero might pump uplifting music into chocolate to create their deliciously bubbly bubbles. Watch the advert here.
