This month we are proud to share with you that Nestlé has been awarded six awards in the All About School Leaver Awards 2020. These awards celebrate the top employers and training providers for apprenticeships. The School Leaver Awards creates a ranking of the Top 150 Employers for apprenticeships, the largest ranking of employers that offer the best apprenticeship and school leaver opportunities in the UK.
This is a prestigious achievement for the Nestlé Academy, competing against 150 companies to take the following awards:

- Best Degree Apprenticeship
- Top Employer - Medium-sized School Leaver Intake
- Best Job Satisfaction
- Best Company Culture
- Top Employer – FMCG
The rankings and awards from School Leavers Awards are very valuable to help young people when making key decisions about their career. Finalists were determined from apprentice reviews based on their own experiences, taking into consideration their development, working environment and overall job satisfaction. This year the awards were held virtually with an introduction from Rylan Clark-Neal, and the full awards ceremony is available on YouTube.
