Nestlé Health Science is announcing today the successful completion of its acquisition of the core brands of The Bountiful Company creating a global leader in vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements (VMHS).
The Bountiful Company is the number one branded leader in the highly attractive and growing global nutrition and supplement category. Its trusted brands in the UK and Ireland are Nature’s Bounty and Solgar.
The acquisition complements Nestlé Health Science’s existing health and nutrition portfolio in terms of brands and sales channels.

The closing of the deal follows the announcement on 30th April 2021 that Nestlé Health Science entered into an agreement to acquire the majority of The Bountiful Company’s brands globally, including Nature’s Bounty, Solgar, Osteo Bi-Flex, Puritan’s Pride, Ester C, and Sundown.
Nestlé Heath Science’s other vitamins, minerals and supplements brands include Vital Proteins, Minami, Garden of Life and Pure Encapsulations in the UK and Ireland in addition to its other brands globally, such as Wobenzym, Douglas Laboratories, Persona Nutrition, Genestra, Orthica, AOV and Klean Athlete.
