On Wednesday 14 May 2014, the All Party Parliamentary Group for Trade & Investment held a Food & Drink Exports Event in the House of Commons. Nestlé UK & Ireland CEO Fiona Kendrick was one of the guest speakers and brought to life our export business for the assembled guests including MPs. Fiona highlighted the remarkable competitiveness of the Nestlé Tutbury factory, the centre of excellence for coffee production including Nescafé Original, Gold Blend and Dolce Gusto. There has also been a significant investment of over £300 million over the last three years to both the factory and the Nescafé Dolce Gusto plant, creating over 300 jobs in the process and enhancing the warehouse facilities.

Nescafé Gold Blend in Ireland is celebrating its first harvest of coffee from trees provided to farmers as part of the Nescafé Plan with a limited edition pack.
