Ingredients
- Carnation Condensed Milk (200g).
- Double cream (600ml).
- Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste (1tbsp).
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Carnation Condensed Milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until it is well blended.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze until completely set (preferably overnight).
- Scoop, serve and enjoy!
