What can I expect?
You’ll spend two years working on projects and initiatives dedicated to developing an environmentally sustainable future for the global confectionery business. With the support of expert mentors, you’ll work with teams across the end-to-end value chain of the business and collaborate with stakeholders around the globe to achieve results. You’ll get the chance to visit factories and sites around the UK and further afield to discover how our value chain operates from the very beginning until the moment it is bought off the shelf. It’s about learning about the life cycle of confectionery products, working with each step of our value chain on innovative solutions to drive our sustainability strategy, from farming to fork.
What will you get out of it?
As well as a starting salary of £32,000, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to make a real impact on the future of chocolate production.

There is a wealth of opportunities for the Nestlé team to get involved with outside of the normal day-to-day roles. This could be the chance to help shape the diversity and inclusion strategy for Nestlé UK, or to get involved in sustainability or regeneration projects, or to volunteer to support our local communities.

Career Progression

Previous alumni of the Graduate Scheme are now working in permanent roles in product development, Science and Technology, engineering and packaging. The Head of our Nestle Product Technology Centre (NPTC) was previously a graduate.
