What can I expect?
The two-year scheme combines on-the-job training with block-release study. Earning as you learn, you’ll rotate through different roles within the function and work with a range of mentors who will support your development. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of your role and the wider environment, and you’ll get to work on live projects and deliver outcomes that have a truly positive influence on the way we work.
Entry Requirements
To qualify, you’ll need Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent), with actual or predicted grades at 9–4 (or A*- C if received in 2017 or earlier). Equally important is that you’re ready to commit 100% to developing your career. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
What will you get out of it?
You’ll start on a competitive annual salary which will be reviewed throughout the scheme. You’ll also be part of an organisation that supports career progression—at Cereal Partners, there’s a long way your ambition can take you.
Career Progression
An apprenticeship is the start of your Cereal Partners career journey. On completing the programme, your Line Manager will help you decide which career direction you want to take and support you in achieving your full potential.
