You ’ll spend two years working on projects dedicated to developing the chocolate of the future. With the support of expert mentors, you ’ll work in teams across different parts of the business and collaborate with stakeholders around the globe to achieve results. You ’ll get the chance to visit factories and sites around the UK and further afield to discover how a product is developed, from the very beginning until the moment it is bought off the shelf. It’s about learning to be a product development professional by doing the job for real.
As well as a starting salary of £32,000, you ’ll gain the skills and knowledge to make a real impact on the future of chocolate production.
You ’ll be a graduate with a food science background and will have the right to work in the UK. We welcome applications from all backgrounds—just be yourself and show us what you’ve got.
There is a wealth of opportunities for the Nestlé team to get involved with outside of the normal day-to-day roles.
