About the scheme
Introducing our new and exciting DevOps Apprentice scheme!
You’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of IT within the world’s largest food & drink manufacturer. Throughout the scheme, you’ll develop a deep understanding of various aspects, including business analysis, low code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, pipeline management for large-scale developments, and IT security practices. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your customer care skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, results focused environment.
This Apprenticeship program spans 3 years, allowing you to dedicate 20% of your time to learning and studying, while spending the remaining 80% in your role, gaining hands-on experience. If you are enthusiastic about kickstarting your IT career, we are excited to hear from you.
What can you expect?
As a DevOps Apprentice, you'll work on exciting projects, provide technical support, contribute to application enhancements and provide consultancy on technical requirements. You'll also manage application lifecycles, ensure compliance standards, technical upgrades and be a champion for IT development standards. The expertise you develop throughout the scheme will be essential to help maintain our UK&I developed IT landscape.

Entry requirements You’ll need 3 A levels (or equivalent qualifications) at Grade 5, with at least one of those qualifications in a STEM subject such as Maths, Computer Science, or Physics. You’ll also need Math’s and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017).
You will also need to hold the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion, and you will need to be 18 years old by 1st September 2025. -
