What can you expect?
Over four years, you’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the process that puts Nestlé products on shelves. You’ll experience various roles and spend time with experts, who will mentor and support you as you contribute to live projects that will have a real impact on outcomes in our global business.
What will you get out of it?
You will start on a salary of £23,250 with annual increments depending on your performance. After completing the programme, you’ll have an apprenticeship, degree and four valuable years of work experience with top brands like KitKat, Smarties and Purina.
Entry requirements
You’ll need at least 104 UCAS points (or 260 points from 2017 or previous) and Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017). Most important is that you’re ready to commit to learning as much as you can for four years. You will also need the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
How we support each other
From our Eradicating Racism network to Proud@Nestlé, there are lots of ways we support each other and make Nestlé a great place to work for everyone. We also partner with Wild Hearts, which is an organisation that supports people early in their careers in developing fundamental business behaviours and entrepreneurial skills that will help them to succeed in their career.
