Line Performance Engineer – Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

This new and exciting role for Nestlé Purina is looking for an experienced engineer who would be responsible for delivering the maintenance strategy for the line. Some focuses will include:

  • Breakdown support
  • Planned maintence completion
  • Delivering our overall ambition to increase asset intensity.
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) delivery
 

The role will be the bridge between production and engineering functions, so being a real team player is essential!

In this role, you will have the scope to develop yourself to master new and different breakdown methodologies and we are keen to develop the role as we go along. This position is to play a key role in the acceleration of our operational performance improvement. It will certainly be an exciting role with excellent career growth prospects into various positions in engineering (Methods Manager, Engineering Manager) and production (Production Manager).

A key strategic role within Nestlé Purina to fulfil the aspiration of line centric set up. We strongly believe this is the right moment for an aspiring candidate to join our ambitious plans and help us to become a factory of the future and be a front-runner in this transformation journey.
