Hygienist - Sudbury, Suffolk

An exciting opportunity to join the Purina team at Sudbury as a Factory Hygienist, you will be an integral member of the Quality team, supporting across the whole site with effective and efficient management of the site hygiene contractors, pest control activities, food safety audits & compliance with microbiological standards.

Human Resources Business Partner - Dalston

(9-12 month maternity cover)

This role offers a real opportunity to become a trusted Business Partner from day one; providing HR support, coaching and development in order to empower managers to provide a high-level service. This role will provide the flexibility and autonomy of getting to the heart of people issues & working to develop fit for purpose solutions with a continuous improvement mentality.

This is a great opportunity to make a difference in a factory site by supporting the successful execution of the HR strategy across the site. You will be a key point of contact for any employee relations issues that arise, supporting the site to ensure the appropriate resolution is achieved in a timely manner. You will ensure our performance and talent management activities are understood, embedded and delivered, supporting our people and the factory to deliver against the business’s goals. You will be a key driver in upskilling our line managers’ capability specifically around our people’s development enabling everybody to be the very best that they can be. The role is varied, dynamic, and fast paced.
