Line Performance Manager- Wisbech

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, driven individual to join our Nestlé Purina business within our factory as a Line Performance Manager, reporting directly to the Area Manager. As a Line Performance Manager you will have full accountability and autonomy for driving your area to world class performance levels in safety, quality, cost and service.

In order to achieve this, the Line Performance Manager will lead the TPM implementation within the biggest area at site and passionately focus on building individual and team competences to execute critical standards with excellence, whilst building team autonomy and a continuous improvement mind-set.

Swaroop Roa, Area Manager says, “This is a chance to work in one of biggest Nestlé factories in the UK and Ireland supporting the most dynamic business environments with multiple billion dollar brands. Open and transparent culture in place with a drive to support a massively growing business. The role involves leading production and technical team members to achieve the short term objectives and help define the three year investment and improvement plan to grow and make the factory efficient.

The above role offers a fantastic entry into operations management in one of the biggest FMCGs in the world with over 450 factories worldwide. This factory in particular is a strategic site to ensure supply and has a big opportunity to drive change though others.

With exposure to the latest technologies in pet food manufacturing and opportunity to work in a world class manufacturing frame work. Plenty of exposure to implement continuous improvement projects and have a big stake in planning and implementing multi-million CAPEX projects.”
