Meet the innovators: Hannah Burt (Product Design Intern)

A student from Nottingham Trent University, Hannah won her year’s PTC competition which set the challenge of redesigning the Nestlé’s Rowntree Randoms packaging for a new generation bag with a new shape and also made sharing easier. As a result, she has enjoyed a year-long placement as a placement student within the product design team at the PTC in York which allowed her to learn and gain experience from industry so she is able apply the knowledge in her final year of studies.

Hannah will be returning to university in September 2014 with confidence that the skills and knowledge she has gained will help her in her final year and her future career in product design.
