Melting Mocha

A large mug filled with coffee and chocolate with a foamy top finished with whipped cream and chocolate flakes

A rich, velvety chocolate and coffee hit; not to be rushed.  

Serves 1
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients Method

55g (2oz) dark chocolate
3tbsp double cream
200ml (7fl oz) freshly boiled water
3tsp Nescafé Original coffee
lightly whipped cream and flakes of grated chocolate, to serve

In a small jug, melt the dark chocolate with the double cream in a microwave. In a separate jug, pour the boiled water onto the Nescafé Original coffee. Stir well then pour onto the chocolate. Stir together until well mixed and pour into a large mug.

Top with a spoon of lightly whipped cream and flakes of grated chocolate. Sit back, relax and enjoy.
