Tortillas loaded with spring onions, Herta Frankfurter Classics, and cheese topped with mango chutney - packed with flavour and crunch.

200g bag tortilla chips 4 tbsp mango chutney 6 spring onions, finely chopped 350g pack Herta Frankfurters Classics, finely sliced 115g (4oz) grated mature Cheddar cheese
To serve: soured cream (optional)

Preheat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
Spread the tortilla chips out onto a baking tray or heatproof serving platter. Spoon over the mango chutney then sprinkle over the spring onions, sliced frankfurters and Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until the tortilla chips are crisp and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately with soured cream to dip.
