Ciabatta topped with chunky slices of beef tomato, Herta frankfurters and cheese and then melted under a hot grill.

1 ciabatta roll 140g pack Herta Frankfurter Classics 85g (3oz) half fat grated cheese 85g (3oz) light mayonnaise 2 tbsp sweet pickle 1 slicing tomato

Preheat the grill to high. Warm the ciabatta roll in the oven, if required. Grill the frankfurters following pack instructions.
In a small bowl, mix together the cheese and mayonnaise. Split the ciabatta roll in half and spread each cut slice with a tablespoon of sweet pickle. Place 2 slices of tomato on each half of ciabatta.
Split the hot frankfurters in half lengthways then arrange 4 halves on each toasty. Spread the cheese mayonnaise mixture over the top and place under the grill until melted and golden brown.
Enjoy as soon as possible.
