Bringing together these store cupboard glaze ingredients offers a sticky finish to these Herta Frankfurter Classics. The oriental five spice flavours the mange tout, carrot and egg noodle.

4 tbsp hoisin or plum sauce 4 tbsp light soy sauce 4 tbsp dry sherry 2 tbsp clear honey 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
115g (4oz) egg noodles 1 tbsp sunflower oil 350g pack Herta Frankfurters Classics, sliced 2 carrots, thinly sliced 115g (4oz) spring onion, sliced 115g (4oz) mange tout or sugar snap peas 1tsp Chinese five spice sesame seeds, to finish

Prepare an oriental glaze by mixing the first five ingredients in a small bowl.
Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions, drain, cool under running water and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and stir fry the frankfurters for a few minutes. Add the vegetables and Chinese five spice and cook for a few minutes over a high heat. Add the noodles and glaze and heat until bubbling. Finish with sesame seeds and serve.
