Add a distinctive smoky flavour to creamy pasta by adding Herta frankfurters.
Serves 4

280g (10oz) pasta twists 250g (9oz) broccoli florets 1 tbsp olive oil 350g pack Herta Frankfurters Classics, sliced 55g (2oz) spring onions, sliced 175g (6oz) cherry tomatoes, halved 500g tub fresh cheese sauce freshly ground black pepper

Cook the pasta according to pack instructions adding the broccoli florets 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Drain the pasta and hold in the colander.
Heat the oil in the pasta pan and add the frankfurters, stirring until cooked through. Add the spring onions, cherry tomatoes and sauce. Gently heat through. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Add the pasta and broccoli stirring to coat well; then serve immediately.
