Penne pasta with onion, cherry tomatoes and basil tossed together with smoky Harta frankfurters.
Serves 4

350g (12oz) penne pasta 2 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, finely sliced 350g pack Herta Frankfurter Classics, chopped 250g cherry tomatoes, halved 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped few large sprigs fresh basil, roughly torn (optional)
To serve green salad

Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium pan, add the onions and frankfurters and cook until golden brown. Add the cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Toss in the frankfurter mix along with plenty of fresh herbs. Serve with a fresh green salad.
