This sticky combination of mustard and honey makes a moreish snack out of Herta Frankfurter Classics, hot or cold.
Serves 4 or more as part of a buffet, picnic or party
Preparation time: 2 minutes

3 tbsp wholegrain mustard 4 tbsp clear honey 350g pack Herta Frankfurter Classics

Preheat the oven to 220º C, 425º F, Gas Mark 7.
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard and honey. Cut each frankfurter into three pieces and stir into the honey mixture and coat well. Tip onto a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve warm or cold.
