A sublime way to serve coffee – an intense coffee kick with a melting creamy vanilla top. The best way to end any meal.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

1½tsp Nescafé Original coffee
6tbsp freshly boiled water
a ball of real vanilla ice cream
a generous spoonful of lightly whipped, double cream
splash of vodka (optional)

Place a spoon in a small tumbler style glass along with the Nescafé Original coffee. Pour over the freshly boiled water and stir until dissolved.
Drop in a ball of real vanilla ice cream, top with a cloud of lightly whipped cream and enjoy immediately.
