A sweet and simple quick dessert, great to share with friends.

390g can Carnation Caramel 200ml carton half fat crème fraiche (or double cream)
Selection of seasonal fruits for dipping e.g.: blackberries sliced bananas strawberries sliced apples
marshmallows

Gently heat the Carnation Carmel with the crème fraîche, stirring until smooth. Turn up the heat a little and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Pour into a heatproof bowl (or individual dishes) and serve warm, with the fruit and marshmallows, for dunking.
