Our NESCAFÉ Gold Blend campaign revolutionised advertising when what started as a simple request for coffee developed into a ten-year romance that gripped the whole country and had News at Ten announcing the conclusion of the story.
NESCAFÉ'S advertising has tugged the heartstrings as well. In the early 90s, cinema audiences were captivated by a girl, a Volkswagen Beetle, a sunrise and a life-affirming mug of NESCAFÉ.
Most recently, NESCAFÉ Original has exclusively linked up with the celebrity duo Trinny and Susannah for their advertising.
The huge popularity of their 'get up and go' nature and their snappy style has proved a perfect fit with NESCAFÉ Original's role to stimulate and get you going in the morning. This positive advertising has also helped the brand talk to consumers in a more relevant and interesting way.
The link between Trinny & Susannah and NESCAFÉ Original has been a great success, with great promotions to back it up. The highlight of 2004 saw 10 lucky shoppers each winning a £10,000 shopping spree in Selfridges with Trinny & Susannah there to give tips on what's hot and what's not!
