CERELAC

Cerelac is a highly nutritious, easily digested instant cereal. Suitable as a complimentary food for infants from 6 months onwards when breastmilk or formula alone can no longer meet the baby's growing nutritional requirements.

Cerelac is NOT TO BE USED AS A BREASTMILK SUBSTITUTE The Cerelac range is intended for spoon feeding only and only one or two meals should be given a day (unless otherwise advised by a doctor or health care professional).

Preparation: - FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR BABY
* Wash hands thoroughly and ensure all utensils are thoroughly clean .

* Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool

* Pour the required quantity of water into a bowl - usually 150ml for 50g Cerelac.

* Stir in the recommended quantity of Cerelac, until a smooth paste is formed.

* Remember to always feed your baby with a clean spoon.
 
Note:  Do not keep unfinished portion. Close the tin tightly after each use and store it in a cool dry place.
