BMI 19.5-26 = Ideal
Follow a balanced diet to maintain a healthy weight.
BMI-19.5 = Underweight

BMI 26-31 = Overweight
Seek advice from a GP or registered dietitian on how to lose weight sensibly.
BMI 31+ = Obese
Being overweight or obese can be seriously damaging to health. Seek advice from your registered dietitian or GP for the best way to lose weight sensibly.
