Tips for Weight Loss
- Snack on fruit or vegetable sticks to stop food cravings.
- Add extra vegetables to suitable recipes. Vegetables are low in calories so you can fill yourself up and still watch the calories.
- Avoid adding butter and salt to vegetables when serving. Experiment with herbs and spices for flavour.
- Base hot meals on vegetables and beans or pulses as a low fat alternative to meat.
