EXERCISING DURING AND AFTER PREGNANCY

Exercising during pregnancy can help increase your stamina. Iit will also reduce the risk of excess weight gain during the months leading up to delivery.

Before embarking on any exercise during pregnancy, you should contact your GP first and choose carefully the type of exercise you do. Never over exert yourself, and maintain a gentle and slow regime.

The following links provide information on keeping yourself fit during and after pregnancy with some simple and gentle exercises.
