Vegetable Stew with Ham

Hydrolysed ricemeal, dehydrated vegetables & vegetables extracts 20% : potato,  peas 6%, celery, spinach; sunflower oil, pea protein, glucose syrup, dried skimmed milk, powdered ham 3.6%, salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, flavourings, flavour enhancer : monosodium glutamate, sodium guanylate, sodium inosinate: potato flour, parsley, stabiliser : disodium phosphate; emulsifiers : mono and diglycerides of fatty acides; acidity regulator : citric acid; vitamins : C, E, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), A, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12; antioxidants : tocopherols-rich extract, ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate; spices, ; minerals : manganese sulphate, potassium iodide; colour : beta carotene.

17.7 g dehydrated meat per can. 
 
Preparation
Using Boiling Water
For a 225g portion, add 150ml of boiling water to 75g sachet of Clinutren Mix.

For a 300g portion, add 210ml of boiling water to 1½  sachets of Clinutren Mix.

To further increase nutritional content, it can be made with ½ milk and ½ water. (Use of full cream milk provides an additional 55 to 70kcal, 2.5 to 3g protein).

Mix to obtain a puree consistency.

Cover and wait for 5-6 minutes. Mix again and serve immediately.
To microwave
Sprinkle Clinutren Mix into cold water and stir
(using same quantities as indicated above).
For one portion, heat at medium power (780W), for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir, serve immediately
