SUPPLY CHAIN

When we describe our Supply Chain as the engine room of our business, we mean it. The success of the whole organisation relies on this hugely complex, multi–million pound operation. That's because Supply Chain are involved at every stage of every product Nestlé sells, from concept to delivery.

Supply Chain is vital in every organisation, so what makes ours so special? It’s probably the fact that we’re the biggest food company in the world, and because of that, we have one of the most sophisticated supply chains there is. As a result, every success (and, by definition, every failure) is multiplied to the nth degree. And for the right type of person, that should be an exhilarating prospect.

Each element of the supply chain relies heavily on the other areas within, and that creates a community of like-minded people; a real team ethos where everyone goes out of their way to help each other deliver. You’ll quickly come to appreciate this environment, regardless of which role you find yourself in.

Read through these pages and you’ll come to understand why working within Nestlé‘s Supply Chain is so very special. If you like what you see, click through to register your interest.
