The field team are responsible for delivering the plan that has been agreed between the Account Manager and their customer at head office.
The roles are varied and cross different trade channels from Wholesale and Convenience to the Multiple Grocers. What is common to all, is the pace at which you will operate and the volume of sales that you will influence at the outlet level.
Business and Customer Development Executives manage territories of customers or outlets, driving availability, distribution, volume and share of space of our key brands. Sales Managers lead teams of Field Sales professionals within regions and are primarily responsible for ensuring the commercial plan is delivered to agreed targets and within budgets.
