The Recruitment Shared Service is recognised within Nestlé globally as the benchmark in leading recruitment practices. We constantly stand back and work out new ways to attract the very best and keep ahead of the competition, but it isn’t always easy.
Predominantly based in Croydon and York, but also in New Malden, Rickmansworth and Oxford, we manage the full recruitment cycle for management, staff and factory/distribution roles from taking the job detail and defining the attraction strategy to designing the selection materials and managing the offer.
As a result of our success within Nestlé we also provide a recruitment service to some of our associate companies; Purina PetCare, Nestlé Waters and Nestlé powwow which is another exciting evolution in our development.
To be successful ideally you will have agency and in-house experience. Being able to ‘juggle lots of balls’ goes without saying but we do make the time to inject innovative ideas into what we do and how we work.
