The Talent Management and International HR team focuses on the individuals with high potential who we believe will be the future leaders of our business. Our vision is to identify, develop and manage talent to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver high performance for the business both now and in the future for Nestlé and also Nestlé globally by managing international assignments in and out of Nestlé UK and Ireland. To make this happen, we work very closely with individuals, line managers, HR Business Partners and the Company’s Senior Leadership Team.
