Reward covers everything from designing base salary policy through to incentives of all types, instant recognition, flexible benefits development and total reward communication. Our reward investment in people is massive – our continuing challenge is to improve our return on this investment through better utilising reward as a key means of delivering our business strategies while at the same time driving employee engagement.
The Employee Relations and Policy team provide advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers covering all ER matters from handling complex disciplinary and grievance issues through to major change programmes including acquisition and divestment. They are also the guardian of our organisation-wide people policies and develop these in line with both evolving business strategy and changing legislation.
