TRAINING
A rare few have what it takes to single-handedly redefine whole categories. Some even leave their mark on an entire generation. You, one day, will be one of those few. But if you’re not quite there yet, we’re here to help you kick-start the process.
Alongside everybody’s ‘basic’ business training (the sort of soft skills training that covers things like presentation, project management, influencing and communication), you’ll also experience bespoke technical and personal training that’s relevant to both your discipline and your talents. Not all training is in the classroom.
As you can imagine, quite a lot is on-the-job – one of the best ways to learn. Development will match your performance – closely watched by your personal mentor, who’ll coach you along the way. But don’t expect to be spoon-fed.
And it doesn’t end there. Discipline-specific training extends to us supporting you towards any professional qualifications you may need for your line of business. So, for example, if you’re a Finance grad we’ll see that you gain your CIMA, and if you’re an HR bod, you’ll be well on your way to CIPD status. And so it goes on. Basically, whichever area you join our business in; you’ll be in the very best place for your talents.
