Sales

Sales come that bit easier when you’re selling the world’s favourite products. You’ll be in a prime position to achieve greatness. And then there’s the pride you feel working with brands like KitKat, NESCAFÉ and Felix. All of this adds up to what gets our Sales graduates out of bed in the morning. Join them and you’ll get the best of both worlds: genuine work backed by senior management mentoring. All of which helps you become a high-profile player in the Sales team, putting yourself out there and making sure our products hit the shelves for consumers across the country.

A large part of Nestlé’s success is down to the way we work with our customers. When we say ‘customers’, we mean retail outlets nationwide, from the largest supermarket to the smallest convenience stores - and it’s worth remembering that the strength of our brands means we’re often one of their biggest suppliers, filling much of their stores.

That’s not down to the hard sell - it’s about developing a long-term and genuine rapport with our contacts, and gaining their trust. From something as simple as putting a new display stand up, to delivering new product launch in store, this role is all about fulfilling the individual needs of our customers.

You’ll kick things off with around 12 months in a Field Sales role, followed by 12-18 months in one of our Customer Business Teams looking after key accounts. After this, you'll either move into a more senior Customer Business Manager role, or possible into our CCSD - Channel Category Sales Development - function. CCSD is a strategic function with input from marketing and finance, working together across a product area or channel. All in all, it’s our mission to ‘identify, recruit, retain and develop exceptional Sales leaders’; finding graduates who can deliver the goods and impress a lot more than just our team. If you want to be among them, this is your chance.
